To personalize Fred and morph him into Jayjay, I used MagicSculp to modify his facial features and teeth.
Here is a picture of Jayjay's nose job. The nose is fuller and the nostrils are smaller.
I made Jayjay's lower lip fuller and increased the bulk of his chin. I also modified the jaw fitting slightly so that the slots are more precise.

Fred has only lower teeth. I added uppers to Jayjay and made the lowers larger.
These modifcations are not necessary to the successful construction of a Fred figure. As the pictures on the previous page show, he's quite a good looking guy in his own right. You can achieve a good measure of uniqueness simply with your choice of paint scheme, eye color, wig, clothing, and, of course, personality.
